With over a decade of eCommerce experience, Alicia knows how to expertly manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms - including Facebook - with very large budgets. Her prowess is evident not only in email marketing, but she is also quite talented in graphic and web design.

Beyond her personal achievements, Alicia's influence has been felt industry-wide as she has coached and mentored numerous business owners, emphasizing the critical role of community-building in business success.  She genuinely strives to help others achieve the utmost success in their own entrepreneurial journey

Shad is a seasoned turnaround specialist, renowned for strategically guiding a myriad of direct-to-consumer and brick-and-mortar enterprises back to profitability. With a rich legacy of over a decade in eCommerce, he masterfully built and led an eCommerce brand to considerable growth, ultimately securing a successful exit. His depth of expertise is further underscored by his specialization in Amazon FBA operations, marking him as a leader in the domain.

If Shad isn't working, you'll find him analyzing commercial real estate prospects, mountain biking, playing frisbee golf or playing with his Great Dane Remi!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Chris is a veteran M&A professional, personally transacting hundreds of private and public companies in his career. He has a reach that knows how to serve founders of small businesses and he has also been involved in some of the largest transactions in U.S. history.

EXPERIENCE:

Prior to founding Impact Advisors, Chris was managing partner of US-based M&A firm, Global Wired Advisors.  He has held various roles in private equity and institutional credit investment with Covenant Credit Partners (acquired by Blackstone) and Gulfstream Asset Management (acquired by Apollo Global Management), and led M&A and Strategic Business Development for The Hartford Financial Services Group.

INTERESTS:

Chris is married to Tricia and they have four children... and two cats.

He stays active by going to the gym and plays a little golf. He grew up in Connecticut and loves Cape Cod - there’s nowhere else quite like it.
